MEET THE Ks BEHIND THE NAME:
Kim & Kristy
​The universe put us together as it was absolute fate we met.​ We realized we both have a passion for fashion, travel and helping others; our friendship flourished and eventually we became business partners in our one-of-a-kind boutique.
​
Our products are unique with limited inventory but what makes Ks Boutique really special is that a portion of the profits for every purchase is donated to a different charity each year.

Kim
As a successful real estate agent, investor and business owner, Kimberly thrives in the customer service industry. "I love helping people" says Kimberly. Kimberly is a native Floridian who in her free time enjoys horseback riding, boating, gardening and cooking. Her and her husband currently reside in Port Saint Lucie FL. Kimberly and her business partner/ best friend also love giving back to communities they are involved in, which is why a portion of every sale from their boutique will go to a different charity each year to help as many non profit organizations as they can.
Kristy
Born and raised in South Florida, Kristy enjoys shopping, exploring, relaxing on the beach, working out (focusing on her health) and spending time with her dog Enzo and her boyfriend. If there is one thing certain about Kristy, is that she loves PIZZA and FASHION. Kristy's love for fashion has inspired her to team up and build K's Boutique with Kimberly and to share her unique style. She also has a strong connection to helping charities who are searching for and providing care to colon cancer patients, as her mom was diagnosed. "I want to help not only my beautiful mother get through this and survive this, but as many others as possible."
RETURN POLICY

Ks Boutique is committed to providing top notch customer service. If you're not in love with your purchase, we will do what we can to make it right for you.

All qualified returns will be issued store credit or refunded to method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Sale items purchased on the SALE tab are final sale! No returns or exchanges!

Returned merchandise cannot be worn, washed, stained, damaged or altered in any fashion. All tags must be intact (if the item came with one), and attached in their original form.

Items that have been worn, have stains, smell, dog hair, etc will not be accepted. It will not be eligible for a store credit and can be reshipped to you for a fee.

You must email us at Ksboutique772@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order, to inform us for reason of return. Also please include original receipt with note as well.

Returns must be postmarked with tracking, and shipped within 10 days of original receipt. No exceptions.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

We reserve the right to reject and/or refuse any item according to our discretion.

Upon receipt and approval, processing takes approximately 48-72 hours to complete. You will receive an email to the email address provided with the original order with instructions on how to redeem your store credit. We cannot send your gift card to a different email address than the one you used when placing your order.

Please include the original invoice that was in the package when you received your order. Please circle the items you are returning, and write the reason for return on the invoice.

If you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. Be sure to include a picture of the defect, as this will expedite the process. If you were sent incorrect items, or items are missing from your order, please email us at ksboutique772@gmail.com as soon as possible so we can correct this for you.
